Redtronic’s Infinity 180 Halfbar is a lightweight, ultra-slim warning solution engineered to deliver exceptional front and rear visibility for vehicles. Initially designed for ambulance applications, it's discreet, aerodynamic profile removes the need for a conventional roof-mounted lightbar while maintaining exceptional warning performance. This helps reduce vehicle weight, wind noise and aerodynamic drag while improving fuel efficiency and simplifying installation.

Weighing less than 3kg in its standard 1420mm configuration, the Infinity 180 is one of the lightest halfbar solutions in its class. It's lightweight construction places less strain on vehicle roofs and mounting systems, makes installation easier and supports improved operational efficiency throughout the life of the vehicle.

The Infinity 180 features a modular plug-and-play LED architecture designed to make servicing fast and straightforward. Each LED module can be individually accessed and replaced in minutes without removing the complete Halfbar, opening the main unit or compromising its factory seal. This reduces vehicle downtime, lowers lifetime maintenance costs and provides fleets with a future-ready platform that can adapt to evolving operational requirements.

Advanced hybrid-acrylic lenses provide exceptional resistance to UV exposure, environmental ageing and the aggressive cleaning chemicals commonly used within ambulance and emergency vehicle maintenance programmes. Combined with an IP69K ingress protection rating, the Infinity 180 has been engineered to withstand harsh weather, intensive cleaning and the demanding conditions experienced by frontline emergency vehicles.

The Infinity 180 is available in a selection of pre-configured front and rear specifications, with various LED colour and function options available depending on the chosen model. Selected configurations can include integrated GATSO lighting and stop-tail indicator functions, allowing warning and vehicle signalling requirements to be incorporated within one streamlined platform. Multiple units can also be synchronised with other compatible Redtronic products to create a seamless 360° vehicle warning solution.

The Redtronic Infinity 180 Halfbar is independently tested and certified to ECE R65 Class II and EMC R10 standards and meets IP69K dust and water ingress protection requirements. The Infinity 180 Halfbar incorporates a mounting rail and is supplied with:

• 2 x M6 x 35 mounting bolts
• 2 x M6 x 20 washers
• 2 x M6 Nyloc nuts

The lightweight construction makes the Halfbar easier to install while reducing strain on the vehicle body, roof and mounting points.

Connection Option:

The standard unit features a central cable exit with a 1-metre cable. The first 300mm of cable is fleece wrapped to help provide additional protection and support a clean vehicle installation. Synchronisation, dimming and configuration-dependent functions are controlled through the dedicated wiring connections.
