If you're an existing customer you will likely already have a discount applied to our internal system, however we need to manually apply this discount to your website account.

You should create an online account by entering your email address and other details and then contact your designated sales representative to request your standard discount is applied to your online account.

Outside of the UK, Redtronic primarily supply products via distribution. However, if there is not a solid distribution established in your area or country it might be possible for us to sell direct and to apply additional discount to your account. The lead-time of bespoke/custom or non-stock items depends entirely on the product and size of the order. Typically we aim to dispatch small to medium sized orders within 2 weeks.

We typically dispatch stock items within 24-48 hours. The delivery date is usually dictated by the country you are ordering from.

Our highly intelligent algorithm calculates the exact cost of carriage to your destination based on the weight and dimensions of the box(es) being sent to you. The carriage cost you see is our cost price, with no margin applied.

Redtronic's default freight terms are DAP (Delivery At Place) meaning Redtronic are responsible for sending orders to your delivery address but that the customer is responsible for any tariffs which might be applied by customs. (This is only relevant to companies that are buying from outside the UK.)
