Introducing The New Star M6

Redtronic is proud to announce the launch of the New Star M6, a second-generation evolution of one of its most popular covert LED directionals. Redesigned with direct customer feedback in mind, the Star M6 addresses the challenges of the previous model while introducing new features that enhance flexibility, serviceability, and performance.

Designed for covert and unmarked vehicle use, the Star M6 retains its ultra-slim, dual-colour, low-profile form while becoming even more versatile. When installed with the included tint strip, it remains near-invisible until activated, delivering powerful ECE R65 Class I (blue) approved warning output.

At the heart of this upgrade is the new removable visor system. Unlike the previous version, where the visor was permanently attached, the new Star M6 now offers a range of optional visors (25º, 45º, 60º, and adjustable 30º–82º) that can be selected to suit different vehicle types and windscreen angles. This modular approach not only makes installation easier across a wider range of applications but also ensures that if a windscreen is replaced, the light can be quickly uninstalled and refitted without issue. This marks a significant improvement in serviceability.

Safety and practicality are key. With no sharp edges or hardened materials, the Star M6 is fully health & safety compliant for mounting inside vehicles near occupants. Installation is further simplified with a USB-C connector (allowing left or right cable exit) and optional daisy-chain wiring that reduces cabling by powering multiple units through a single feed.

Synchronisable with other Redtronic products and compliant with EMC R10 standards and ECE R65 Class II approved, the Star M6 is proudly manufactured in the UK and backed by a 3-year warranty – ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
