Initially engineered for ambulance applications, the Infinity 180 Halfbar provides visibility to the front and rear of the vehicle. This innovative approach reduces overall vehicle weight, minimises aerodynamic drag and wind noise, improves fuel efficiency, and simplifies vehicle installation, without compromising warning performance.

Weighing less than 3kg for a standard 1420mm configuration, the Infinity 180 Halfbar is one of the lightest solutions in its class. The reduction in weight not only eases installation and reduces strain on vehicle roofs and mounting systems but also contributes to improved vehicle efficiency throughout its operational life.

At the heart of the Infinity 180 Halfbar is Redtronic's modular plug-and-play LED architecture. Unlike traditional warning light systems that often require complete unit replacement when damaged or outdated, each LED module within the Infinity 180 can be individually replaced or upgraded in minutes. Maintenance can be completed without opening the bar or compromising its factory seal, significantly reducing vehicle downtime, lowering lifetime ownership costs, and providing fleets with a future-ready platform capable of adapting to evolving operational requirements.

Independently tested and certified

The Infinity 180 Halfbar incorporates advanced hybrid-acrylic lenses, offering exceptional resistance to UV exposure, environmental ageing and the aggressive cleaning chemicals routinely used within ambulance and emergency vehicle maintenance programmes. Combined with an IP69K ingress protection rating, the Halfbar is engineered to withstand the demanding conditions experienced by frontline emergency vehicles operating around the clock.

The Infinity 180 Halfbar has been independently tested and certified to the latest ECE R65 Class II and EMC R10 standards, ensuring compliance with stringent international performance and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. The Infinity 180 is available in a selection of pre-configured front and rear specifications, with various LED colour and function options available depending on the chosen model. Selected configurations can include integrated GATSO lighting and stop-tail indicator functions, allowing warning and vehicle signalling requirements to be incorporated within one streamlined platform., while seamless synchronisation with other Redtronic products enables a fully integrated 360° vehicle warning solution.
